From my experience, 25% discount is by far the most popular discount amount for liveaboard trips. So, because of this, you will need to be quick to get a cheap last minute deal for your liveaboard of choice.

If you’re diving on a budget, a 25% discount will go a long——–long way to saving you money. This saving will go towards the cost of your flights, which means your diving money goes further. But if you’re like me, and you may not necessarily be on a budget, don’t you love big savings in any case?

”Great service and diving in the lower price range. Well organized trip from pickup to drop off. Filled schedule to maximize diving, and the variety of sites selected was very nice. Crew were friendly and boat was spacious, given that there were only 5 passengers.” Recommended for: Variety of dive sites, Price, Organization.
“Great and well run fuss-free dive safari for more experienced divers. A Russian company (so expect a lot of Russians) it was a refreshing experience for a more adult diving crowd. Not too many rules or hand-holding, people left to their own devices and a great atmosphere in the evenings. Really good food and lots and lots of it, great diving conditions and good guides, good value for money and if you know how to dive already this is a great trip and company to do it with.” Recommended for: Crew hospitality, safari director, dive timetable.
”Beautiful boat, lovely Chinese people. This was an enjoyable trip, the boat is aimed at the Chinese market so it was half empty as I was there at Chinese new year … so I got a triple cabin to myself! The crew were very friendly and all spoke English. The Chinese guests made be feel welcome.” Recommended for: Food, cabin, dive guide.
”EcoPro’s newest offering. Seascape is the newest addition to the EcoPro fleet. Bad weather and rough conditions made diving less than ideal but this was outside the control of the operator.” Recommended for: Excellent Service. Roomy cabins and lounge areas. Excellent hosts/divemasters.
”Comfortable and clean. Good dive guide made sure everyone got out safely from engine rooms of the wrecks. Crew helped to wash and hang wetsuit after each dive. Also washed and hung gear at end of trip.” Recommended for: Cabin 6, handsome & friendly cruise director, attentive crew.
“Beautiful diving. The guys on the boat were so friendly and helpful. There was always lots of food (even though I don’t eat fish or rice, and the food was spicy most of the time). The rooms were comfortable and had more space than I’ve experienced before. Unfortunately, the compressor was broken so Nitrox wasn’t provided as was listed on the website.
Also, there was a leak in the water tanks somewhere so the boat had to do a detour to get water from an island (water was turned off overnight on the boat), and so the dive plan had to be altered. The ladder on one of the tenders broke one day during our diving. Also, a fan near the dining area exploded one day. I think the boat needs some down time for maintenance! Visibility wasn’t great a lot of the time, but the corals were amazing and we saw so many species of fish and large schools of fish in many areas where we dove.” Recommended for: Meeting other divers, variety of coral and fish, helpful crew.
”Glorious diving with big fish. Of course all the hammerheads & galapagos sharks. The sea lions, birds, & marine iguanas.” Recommended for: The pristine & naturally endowed environment.
